Consultancies and Collaborations

We are proud to work along with development organisations, communities and educational institutions to co-create strategic approaches and action that bring lasting, positive change in lives of people and societies. Partnerships therefore run as a cross-cutting theme in all that we do.

Our partnerships take many forms: co-created projects and programmes, workshops or one-off initiatives; need-based initiatives that we design where a partner steps in to offer resources or support.

Very often we take on a consultant’s or an advisor’s role to ensure that the intent of our partner converts into tangible and impactful action in the real world. Here, with multi-sectoral experience, we provide both core sector advisory and complex turnkey services to our partners.

Our on-ground work with our partners include the following:

On-ground direct interventions

We design, develop, implement, monitor and/or evaluate on-ground development projects and advocacy initiatives of various depths and time-frames.

Each of our projects pro-actively cuts across sectors and disciplines and aims at offering solutions to specific development challenges.

Our aim always remains on being creative and innovative, going beyond expectations in quality and depth, and creating best practices.

Building stakeholder capacities

We build capacities of diverse stakeholders towards using sound design principles and creative methods to create enabling, democratic, participatory processes and dialogue on the ground.

Our learning processes are tailored to be participatory, learner-friendly, layered, energizing and creative.

Developing and disseminating knowledge and information resources

Consolidating existing knowledge as well as creating new knowledge and making it accessible to those who can benefit from it or use it for social benefit are a key priorities for us.

Films, publications, research, manual development, communication projects as well as efforts towards knowledge consolidation, management and dissemination form significant areas of work for us.
